A unique perspective on nursing
Cherri formed a special bond with a patient in need.
Cherri’s dedication to patient safety and well-being goes beyond her daily duties at the Hospital Center.
She has formed a special bond with a regular Interventional Radiology patient, who is elderly, and lives alone. It was getting late one night, and the patient was unsure how she’d get home. Cherri not only found her a cab, but called to check in and ensure she got home safely.
Cherri now considers the woman to be like family: She checks in on her regularly, and always greets her with a wheelchair and a smile before her appointments. Thank you, Cherri!
